Why is the Turkey very good in Health Tourism?

Service sector always requires qualified employees and good physical infrastructures.

Turkey attracts millions of tourist every year. Tourism by itself is biggest export items for many years.

In 2019 Turkey hosted around 40 million tourist from all over the world. Here are the regional classification of the tourists;

Europe Region; 18 million

Former Soviet Countries; 12.1 million

Middle East; 4.4 million

Asia; 3.3 million

Africa; 1.2 million

America; 1 million

Number of tourist decreased  30 million in 2021 due to Covid 19 pandemic.

In 2022, Turkey expected to host more than 45 million tourists.

Beside that, Turkey is able to perform any medical treatments, medical surgeries even for the hardest case successfully. Doctors, dentist and medical staff are experienced, knowledgeable and gives service to patients at EU standards.

Consequently, Turkey is very good country in Tourism and Health services for many years. Health Tourism concept combines these two element and produce a new services area to international patients.
