Turkey is able to offer low cost medical services due to the several factors.

1) Lower cost of living and lower cost of medical staff due to weaker TL versus hard currencies such as EUR, GBP, USD makes Turkey low cost country in medical services.

2) Government health tourism strategy helps to sector. Turkish government supports medical services for foreign patients,

3) Turkey has already invested to their medical infrastructure such as hospitals, clinics, dentists, doctors many years ago. This cost is already depreciated and there is no fix cost to charge to patients.

4) Medical universities are free to enter and study therefore students are not liable to pay big amount of debts after graduation.

5) Turkey does not have big cost of medical insurance like in USA.

6) Lower medical material cost. Turkey is able to produce some medical materials at far beyond the international quality. Domestic production is cheaper than import in medical materials and devices.
